Grade 9 - Overcomers (SY 2013-2014)
Realizing that this school year is about to end. My junior life was a blast! As my adviser, Sir Edgar would say "Sa third year niyo mararanasan ang highlights ng high school life niyo. Dahil dito sa level na to, magsisimula na kayong mag-mature at ma-develop."
In my third year life, I experienced a lot. Like the cramming in making your term paper, the defense after it, the projects, exams, etc. But still, I managed to make it through. As the quote of our batch says: "We can Overcome anything, together with God." We weren't the best batch, but at least we weren't the worst.
I remember how the 1st to 2nd quarter was like in our batch, we had our own world and group of friends, the boys had conflicts with the girls and vice versa. But on the 3rd and 4th quarter, I think that this is the stage where we really matured. We were as close as ever, and our relationship with each other got stronger. We didn't have conflicts anymore, we were friends with everyone, etc. There was a change, a huge change. We were united as ever, and that was the time where things got better.
I think that for me this year was a very memorable year because it's the year that everything changes, you mature and develop. You start to make decisions for yourself, you grow more (spiritually, physically, and mentally), you will not be the same person you used to be; you change. (in a positive way)
It's really crazy how my junior life has come to an end. Those 10 months of asaran, kulitan, etc. was over. I will miss you, Adibs! Thank you for all the memories, moments, learnings, and experiences. I will surely treasure that. See you!
